Mr. Persaud is also chairman of PBL, chairman of Elara Capital Plc, board director of RBC Latin America and the Caribbean, professor emeritus at Gresham College, a senior fellow at London Business School, and a visiting fellow at Cambridge Judge Business School. He also serves as a member of the U.K. Treasury Audit Committee and the National Council of Economic Advisors in Barbados.
