Mario J. Gabelli, CFA, is founder, chairman, and CEO of Gabelli Asset Management Company Investors, Inc. He is also chairman of LICT Corporation and is a former governor of the American Stock Exchange. Mr. Gabelli is a trustee of the Winston Churchill Foundation, the E. L. Wiegand Foundation, Boston College, and Roger Williams University. He was recognized as Morningstar’s 1997 Domestic Equity Fund Manager of the Year. He holds a BA degree from Fordham University, an MBA from Columbia Business School, and an honorary doctorate from Roger Williams University.
