Latimore has authored dozens of strategy studies with a focus on developing relevant, actionable recommendations that consider the strengths and limitations of institutions considering how to use technology to improve business value. He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and is regularly quoted in the financial press. Latimore holds a BA degree in philosophy and government from Dartmouth College and a Master of Public Administration degree with a concentration in business and government and economics from Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government.
