Kenneth H. Shubin Stein, CFA, is founder of Spencer Capital Management, LLC. He is also an adjunct professor at the Columbia University Graduate School of Business. Previously, Dr. Shubin Stein worked as a portfolio manager for Promethean Investment Group and as co-founder and manager of Compo Asset Management, a U.S.-based value investment partnership that was merged into Promethean. He has also worked as a medical technology analyst for The Abernathy Group. Dr. Shubin Stein holds a BA degree from Columbia College with dual concentrations in pre-medical studies and political science. He is a graduate of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
