Iain W. McAra is a performance strategist for J.P. Morgan Asset Management, where he oversees the implementation of systems and methods used for performance analysis and measurement of U.S. managed institutional assets. He is a member of the GIPS Executive Committee and serves as chair of the Investment Manager Subcommittee. Mr. McAra has also served as chairman of the United States Investment Performance Committee of CFA Institute—GIPS country sponsor representative for the United States—and several other committees related to AIMR and GIPS. He is a member of the advisory board of the Journal of Performance Measurement. Mr. McAra holds a BSc degree from London University.
