John T. Connor is founder and portfolio manager at the Third Millennium Russia Fund. Previously, he served as the first president at @mail.ru, Russia’s largest internet portal. Mr. Connor also founded and served as chairman of ROSGAL, a Russian insurance company. He has participated in the Valdai Discussion Club, the RAND Business Leaders Forum, and the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. Mr. Connor is the author of Out of the Red: Investment and Capitalism in Russia and has been featured on CNBC and Bloomberg, among other business programs. He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Mr. Connor is a graduate of Williams College and holds a JD from Harvard Law School.
