Speakers
Bob K. Behal, CFA, is co-head of the ABS/CMBS team at Vanguard. In addition to managing the CMBS and non-agency strategies, Mr. Behal provides primary analyst responsibility for ABS investments. Before his association with Vanguard, he worked for AllianceBernstein as a vice president and at Oppenheimerfunds. In these roles he was responsible for research, analysis, and portfolio management across a wide range of structured products across the ratings spectrum. Mr. Behal holds a BS degree in ceramic engineering from Rutgers University and an MBA degree in finance from Rutgers University.
David Van Ommeren is a principal, portfolio manager, and co-head of the ABS/CMBS team at Vanguard. He has been with the Vanguard Group for 18 years. He received a bachelors of business administration degree with a concentration in accounting at Temple University and a masters of finance degree at Drexel University.
