Terry Wray is the consummate coach and an expert on the career transition process. His more than twenty years experience in counseling and managing change have been invaluable to a wide range of individuals. He is an active member of the Association of Career Professionals and a fellow of the “Institute of Career Certification International” (ICCI). Mr. Wray’s career began in Montreal where the consulting practice he founded in 1970 operated until 1990, when he joined Cambridge Management. His work ranges from individually tailored Senior Executive Programs to Corporate Projects involving major company downsizing. As a coach, he's ''been there'' and knows the alternatives first-hand.
